Bowing Wall Repair, Basement Waterproofing Project, and Radon System Install Project

The Problem

This home’s basement wall was bowing triggered by environmental factors and lateral pressure on the wall. With a weak foundation, it allowed water to enter the basement which caused another issue.

The Solution

Our team at SmartCrawl started this project by installing Grip-Tite Manufacturing wall anchors, to secure and stabilize the basement walls. The team installed an interior waterproofing system complete with a French drain and sump pump to help further protect the home from water damage in the years to come. SmartCrawl is a multi-service company and we also offer installation of Radon systems. We finished this project by installing a Radon System to help create a safe and healthy environment for the home.
