The Problem

TheHomeownerswereexperiencing mold issues from moisture buildup in their crawlspace.

The Solution

To keep the crawlspace dry and structurally sound, the SmartCrawl team came in and encapsulated the crawlspace. This will help rid the buildup of moisture created from humidity and condensation that was ultimately causing mold issues and wood decay.
