• Comment: First off, I'm pretty sure I was cursed by a sea hag in a past life because every house I've ever lived in has had water drainage issues--sump pumps failing, French drains clogging, lines shifting, you name it. So, about five years ago, when my drainage line started backing up, I wasn't surprised. I called Smart Crawl, and they gave me a solid quote, did great work, and everything was running smoothly.
  
  Fast-forward to now, and surprise, surprise--the line backed up again. Had someone scope it, and sure enough, the line had shifted. I called Smart Crawl to see if the work was still under warranty, and they stood behind it 100%. No hassle, no runaround--just great service. Graham and his team were fantastic, got the work done quickly, and were genuinely kind about the whole thing.
  
  If only they could do something about ancient maritime curses! But seriously, I appreciate a company that does good work and actually stands by it. Big thanks to Graham and the team!
