My whole basement used to leak when there was some serious rains. My house was never going to be nice if 1/2 of it would randomly fill with water 2 or 3 times a year. SmartCrawl came out and waterproofed the whole thing. They worked on it like crazy and got this MAJOR JOB done in two days! I really could not be more impressed. Craig and the team really went the extra mile to make my basement nice. He also did EVERYTHING he promised (and more). Nice to have a company come out and do the work they agree to and not have them suddenly forget once they are on site. I wish I could give them 10 stars. The office staff (stacie) was very communicative and the crew always showed up when they said they were going to. A+ job on this one guys

My mother lives an hour away and had a bad leak in her finished basement. I tried local companies in her area and no one would come back for the repair appt after providing the estimate. Since I live in Franklin, I called Smartcrawl to see if they could help. They were amazing! They showed up the next day to my mom’s house, which I said previously is over an hour away, and had her estimate the next day. Then smartcrawl showed up to do the repair work in a few days! If you are one with aging parent(s) that live close or in another area and rely on you for everything that goes wrong, this company is who you want. They are dependable! In addition, her basement remains dry throughout the March/April showers. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. I highly recommend this company!!

Smart crawl was a big help in the sale of our home. after an inspection we had a list of things to address. Smart crawl really helped us out in taking care of any problems. Craig was great to work with! he was more than helpful even to the point of talking on the phone with the buyers and making them feel at peace with how the work was done. in a timely manner they got in there and did their stuff, with reasonable prices, and helpful advice. We appreciate them very much and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a discharge pipe issue with our sump pump and asked Craig to come out and inspect our foundation and recommend any necessary repairs. He was great with communication, honest, and overall great experience from scheduling to consult! Will definitely use for future needs as well

First off, I'm pretty sure I was cursed by a sea hag in a past life because every house I've ever lived in has had water drainage issues--sump pumps failing, French drains clogging, lines shifting, you name it. So, about five years ago, when my drainage line started backing up, I wasn't surprised. I called Smart Crawl, and they gave me a solid quote, did great work, and everything was running smoothly. Fast-forward to now, and surprise, surprise--the line backed up again. Had someone scope it, and sure enough, the line had shifted. I called Smart Crawl to see if the work was still under warranty, and they stood behind it 100%. No hassle, no runaround--just great service. Graham and his team were fantastic, got the work done quickly, and were genuinely kind about the whole thing. If only they could do something about ancient maritime curses! But seriously, I appreciate a company that does good work and actually stands by it. Big thanks to Graham and the team!

SmartCrawl did an amazing job installing an interior perimeter drain system in our basement. Cleaned up everything really well, workers were very courteous and hard working. Would highly recommend this company. I hope we never have any other issues, but if we do we know who to call!

We had a great experience working with the entire team at SmartCrawl. They are knowledgeable, communicative, trustworthy, and performed the job just as they promised. They cleaned up after themselves well and were always just a phone call away with any questions. They successfully lifted our sinking concrete slab - definitely would recommend!

Hands down best foundation company in central Indiana. They installed 16 interior push piers to fix my bad concrete slab and I couldn't be happier with the service or the price. Craig and Eric were fantastic, and the team was respectful of our space, hard-working, and flexible when issues arose. Please give them a chance to earn you business.
