• Comment: We had a bulging brick wall (covered with cement) in our basement that needed replaced. The Smartcrawl team took care of us. They prepared us upfront pretty well for what sort of things would happen during (ie. walls above the work area would crack - which they did, the basement would be pretty dirty during the process - it was, and the yard is going to be tore up until they were finished - it was.)
  
  The sales agent answered questions upfront and along the way quickly and professionally. They also took great care along the way to use several floor-to-ceiling jacks to keep the house propped up. Safety first! Overall satisfied with the work.
