• Comment: We had a serious water issue in our crawl space. This company was referred to me by a former city worker. I interviewed 5 companies and selected Smart Crawl as they offered us more for the dollar than other companies we received quotes from. They were several months out once we booked but stayed right with us on the timing and ended up getting to us two weeks ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with the entire operation, the install men were very good and very hard workers plus kept me informed during the 5-6 day repair. Once they started work they worked 8-9 hours a day pretty much non stop.The owner and office manager were also very efficient, professional and kept us totally informed. I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. They installed french drains, added a sump pump, de humidifer, mold spray, drainage mat and heavy duty liner ,total encapsalation and a turtle enclosure. When finished the crawl looked as clean as a hospital and was very tight and sealed. I give Smart Crawl a very high recommendation. Steve K Greenwood, Indiana
