The report he provided was clear and well written and really helped us make a good decision on what repairs to make. I highly recommend this company!

They did an excellent job on our wood replacement (sill plates & rim joists) and with solving the water issues with excavation and drain tile and sump pump upgrade! Highly recommend these guys!

Comment: I had received approximately 4 quotes for waterproofing my basement and glad I chose Smart Crawl. I was very pleased with Craig and his crew on their hard work. They completed the job in a timely manner as discussed during the inspection. The guys cleaned up after themselves daily, brooming my kitchen and back porch areas which wasn't necessary but I appreciated it. There was never an issue with communication during the project. I would recommend Smart Crawl for whatever basement/crawl space service they provide. - Amy L.

When I was looking for a company to fix my crawl space, I had no idea where to begin. I Googled company's near me & Smart Crawl popped into view. It was a God sent that I went with them. They did an amazing job. We couldn't afford to do all that needed done, so they worked with us to get what we absolutely needed for what we could afford!! VERY PLEASED & will recommend Smart Crawl to everyone.

We had a serious water issue in our crawl space. This company was referred to me by a former city worker. I interviewed 5 companies and selected Smart Crawl as they offered us more for the dollar than other companies we received quotes from. They were several months out once we booked but stayed right with us on the timing and ended up getting to us two weeks ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with the entire operation, the install men were very good and very hard workers plus kept me informed during the 5-6 day repair. Once they started work they worked 8-9 hours a day pretty much non stop.The owner and office manager were also very efficient, professional and kept us totally informed. I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. They installed french drains, added a sump pump, de humidifer, mold spray, drainage mat and heavy duty liner ,total encapsalation and a turtle enclosure. We had a bulging brick wall (covered with cement) in our basement that needed replaced. The Smartcrawl team took care of us. They prepared us upfront pretty well for what sort of things would happen during (ie. walls above the work area would crack - which they did, the basement would be pretty dirty during the process - it was, and the yard is going to be tore up until they were finished - it was.) The sales agent answered questions upfront and along the way quickly and professionally. They also took great care along the way to use several floor-to-ceiling jacks to keep the house propped up. Safety first! Overall satisfied with the work.

My business has used SmartCrawl for sump pump and vapor barrier installation, mold remediation, radon mitigation, perimeter drains, tuck pointing, etc. I have also hired them them to do extensive foundation work on multiple properties including footing replacement, installing and repairing floor joists and support beams as well as rebuilding foundation walls. Their crews are always timely and professional and I can trust them to get the job done right with zero supervision on my end. Craig (owner) is always responsive to my calls and texts and is quick to address any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend SmartCrawl enough! They are hands down one of the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

The professional who did it was very good.

They were very responsive. The owner came out on short notice in the rain and installed a radon mitigation system on the day we moved, so our son could safely sleep in his basement bedroom. Fantastic!

The crew , headed by Kenny, did a great job installing interior floor drains, wall anchors & radon remediation. They did it all in the time frame given even with a jackhammer failure. There was one issue with the wrong cement mix mislabeled which left the surface rough but they came out and smoothed it & skim coated it. Looks really good & blends well with the old floor. These guys know how to deal with issues & there are always issues. Great crew & am sure we made the right choice hiring Smart Crawl.

I have used SmartCrawl for some fairly extensive foundation work, as well as some sump work / line routing (2 separate jobs). Both times, I could not have been happier with their work. Owner is responsive and professional, they show up when they say they are going to, pricing is reasonable/fair....an all around solid company to work with.

I would highly recommend Craig and his company. He and his team were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
