Craig and his team were very easy to work with and did a great job on my crawlspace! They remediated the existing mold and installed a dehumidifier and sump pump, as we requested. Even though this was a multi-day job and about an hour away from their headquarters, they charged us a very reasonable price, which was far less than a quote from a competitor. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation and prevention services.

Smart crawl, Inc did a crawlspace repair with encapsulation for me. I couldn't be happier with the results. This job entailed replacing sill plates, band boards, sub-floor, baseboards, drywall repairs and much more. This was all completed on time and with complete professionalism. Craig and his team including Kenny, Billy and Kedrick, as well as, Bryan Royer and some drywall people (sorry I don't have their names) completely met my expectations. Actually they exceeded all I could have expected on several occasions because of unexpected issues that arose. Of all the contractors who contacted me via my inquiry through Home Advisors, I am very glad I chose SmartCrawl, Inc. Craig and his crew did a great job. I had a huge problem in my crawl space, including replacing Ibeams, joists, mold removal and waterproofing. I feel they went above and beyond to repair the structure of my home. They all seemed to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Craig and the Smartcrawl team just finished waterproofing my basement (in the midst of torrential rains). My home is half basement, half crawl space. They installed a new sump pump, drainage all around and laid a moisture barrier and block wall in my crawl space (which made it so much cleaner and less scary)! Craig communicated with me every step of the way. His employees were knowledgeable and polite. They explained everything they were doing so I really understand the whole system. Smart Crawl installed a radon fan at our place and I would highly recommend using them. They showed up on time, got the work done quickly, were neat (we cleared out the room because we thought it would be really dusty, but that was completely unnecessary), and kept us up to date on their progress.

I had the pleasure of meeting Craig & some of his team while I was trying to find a reputable company to perform mold removal and remediation for my sisters home. They exhibited high standards of performance and were truly professional during the entire process from quoting to completing the job including encapsulation of the crawlspace. Additionally, to do the job right, they had to do some renovation in the house that was related to the moisture problem below. They worked fast and did a superb job for her. She is very pleased with their workmanship. If it were possible l'd give Smart Crawl 10 stars. The final product of their work is fantastic. The crew were on time and efficient. We have had other trade people under our home since the crawl space has been finished and the same remark has been made..." What a nice crawl space, I've never seen one so neat." On top of all this is the value . The cost of our project was far lower than expected when compared to other bids that we received. It is our most hearty suggestion that Smart Crawl be the company of choice for any crawl space work that needs to be done.
